Alexandria PD – Patrol:
Wages: 1.5% General Wage Adj. (including Shift Diff.) – 3.5% top adjustment – Eliminate Step 1; Investigators – 4% base salary; $900 Uniform Allowance; 5-weeks vacation at 10 years and 1 additional day at 25 yrs.

Anoka County SO – Detention Deputies:
Wages: 2016: 2.5% market adj., plus 2% performance range movement. 2017: 2.5% market adj., plus 2% performance range movement

Beltrami County SO Sgts:
Wages: 2.5% 2017, 2.25% 2018 & 2.25% 2019; Uniform Allowance $700; Investigator on-call – $27.50 daily

Benson PD:
Wages: 3% 2017; 3% 2018; 3%2019; %.50 shift differential (new)

Blaine Sgts #340:
Wages: 2.5% wages – 2017; 2.75% wages – 2018; 3.0% wages – 2019. $50 additional to health insurance all years.

Blue Earth County Deputies:
Wages: 2017 2.5%, 2018 2%, increase in County paid life insurance, call back increase to 3 hours, Shift differential 2100 to 0700 of .45/Hour.

Brainerd PD #65:
Wages: 1.5% 1/1/17 + 0.5% 7/1/17 for all; additional 1.0% mkt adjustment for those at top step; 2% 2018; Work on holidays paid at double time + 8 hours holiday pay

Brooklyn Center PD – Supv:
Wages: Sgt 2% new 3 yr step with add. 2.5%, new starting step 92% of base wage; Commander 2% + $.20/Hr – 2017; Sgt 2.5%, Commander 3% – 2018

Carlton Co Non-Lic Supv:
Wages: 2% – 2017; 3% 2018;

Cold Spring PD:
Wages: 3 years, 2.5% for 2017, 3% for 2018 and 3% for 2019, comp cap increased to 240 hours, court and call back increased from 2 to 3 hours minimum, holidays changed from 8 hours to shift, shift differential increased to $1/hr., weekend diff. added at $.50/hr., uniform increased, and added a PEHCSP

Columbia Heights Sgts.:
Wages: 2.25% wages + 1.5% mkt adj. = 3.75% total 2017; 2.5% wages + 1.5% mkt adj. = 4.0% 2018

Crystal PD – Patrol:
Wages: 4.5% 2017; 4.5% 2018

Deephave PD:
Wages: 2% 2017; 2.5% 208; 2.5% 2019

Deer River PD:
Wages: 2017: 2.5%, 2018: $1.25, 2019: 2%; Shift Diff increase from .60 to $1.00; Increase in vacation accrual; Also, negotiated longevity into the contract for the first time of 10 years: $40.00 per month; 15 years: $111.00 per month and 20 years at $172 per month.

Goodhue County SO – Deputies:
Wages: 2.0% in 2016, 2.5% in 2017, 3.0% in 2018. New: On-call pay for Investigators- $1.25/hr and $1.75/hr on holidays.

Goodhue County SO – Non-Licensed:
Wages: 2.0% in 2016, 2.5% in 2017, 3.0% in 2018

Inver Grove Heights PD – Patrol:
Wages: 3 % 2017; 3% 2018; Uniforms One time $100 inc. in 2017; One-time longevity payment of 2% after 20 yrs, 3% after 25 yrs

Isanti PD:
Wages: 2017: $1.50 Market Adjustment, plus 3% general wage increase. 2018: 3%, 2019: 3%; Also, negotiated first-time longevity into contract of: 10 years: 2%; 15 years; 20 years 6%

Kanabec County SO – Non-Licensed:
Wages: 2016: General wage increase of 3%. 2017: Implementation of new pay plan resulting in an average of 12%-14% increase in wages. 2018: 2nd half of new pay plan implemented with increase of 5%-7% increase

La Crescent PD:
Wages: 3% increase in 2017, 3.8% in 2018 & 3.8% in 2019

Lake City PD:
Wages: 2.5% in 2017, 2.75% in 2018, 2.75% in 2019. Increase uniform allowance from $700 to $750. Add President’s day to list of holidays compensated at time and one-half. New: Injury on Duty benefit

Little Falls PD:
Wages: Transition to new pay scale = 4.5% wages for 2017; 2.5% wages in 2018. Accelerated vacation accrual in first 8 years. New OIC language that pays sergeant wages when performing OIC duties. New 20% sick leave payout to Post Employment HCSP. $800 uniforms now paid in cash monthly through payroll.

Maple Grove Sgts:
Wages: 3.0% wages 2017; 3.0% wages 2018; 3.0% wages 2019. Added vacation tier at 20 years = 25 days.

Marshall PD – Patrol:
Wages: 1.75% 2016, 3% 2017, 3% 2018

Martin County SO – Deputies:
Wages: 2.5% General Increase + 3.5% Market Adjustment 2017 – 2.5% General Increase + 2% Market Adjustment 2018

Martin County SO – Non-Licensed:
Wages: 2.5% increase in 2107, 2018 & 2019; Increase in uniform allowance to $575; Increase in AJA pay to $130/mo in 2017 and $150/mo in 2018. Increase in Head Worker pay to $180/mo in 2017. New: employees are eligible for retiree health insurance benefit on same terms as non- union employees

Medina PD:
Wages: 2.0% wages 2017. Investigators/DTF officers additional $50 per month to a total $250

Meeker Co SO, Supervisors:
Wages: 2.5% 2017; Shift Differential increased to $.70 per hour

Metro Transit PD – PT Patrol:
Wages: 3.25% 2017, 2.25% 2018

Montevideo PD:
Wages 2.5% 2017; 2.5% 2018; Shift differential increase to $.40 2017 and $.654 in 2018

Moorhead PD – Patrol:
3% General Wage Adj. 2017; 30-hr rolling comp bank; 1⁄2 yr vac. Credit per year of LE services inc. POST recognized Active Mil. Service

Moorhead PD – Supervisors:
Wages: 3.0% increase in 2017

Morrison County SO – Licensed:
Wages: 2017 – 2% increase, drop step 1 and add step 10 @ 2% effective 7/1/17 with step movement, 2018 – 2% increase and add step 11 and drop step 2

Mounds View PD – Sgts:
Wages: 2017: 1.5% market adj, plus a 2.5% general wage increase. 2018: 2.75% general wage increase. 2019: 3% general wage increase; Increase in uniform allowance. Increase in ER’s contribution to health insurance

New Hope Patrol:
Wages: 2017,2018,2019 2.5% plus a market adjustment to wage plan from 2.1% to 7% depending on step, increase in specialist pay (Detective, SRO, Drug Task Force) additional $25 in 2018 to $275 and $20 increase to $295 in 2019, holiday pay extended on Christmas day to 2400.

North St Paul – Patrol:
Wages: 2.5% general wage increase in 2017 and 2018. New: Longevity pay at 2.5% at 10 years. Increase in Investigator pay from $175/mo to $200/mo. Increase in uniform allowance from $1,040 to $1,200

Oak Park Heights PD:
Wages: 2.75% – 2017, 2.75% – 2018, & 3% – 2019, uniforms increased $50 for 2017 and $50 for 2018, City’s insurance proposal accepted same as other City Employees

Orono PD – Patrol:
Wages: 2.5% – 2017, 2.5% – 2018 and 3% – 2019, insurance – single to remain at $915/mo., family is $1,255/mo for 2017 and the same plus 50% of any increase for 2018 and 2019

Orono PD – Sergeants:
Wages: 2.5% 2017, 2018 and 2019, call back increase to 3 hours, Court time increase to 3 hours, one hour travel time for training when applicable.

Plainview PD:
Wages: 2.75% increase + $1.00/hr Market Adjustment in 2017 & 4% general wage increase; increase in uniform from $750 to $775.

Princeton PD:
Wages: 2017 – 2.5% on 1/1/17, 1% on 7/1/17, severance increase to 60% after 25 years, investigator differential increase from $.50 to $.60/hr., special assignment added of $.50. for FTO, Firearms/Defensive Tact., and Taser instructors while doing duties, and uniforms increased by $25

Ramsey PD – Patrol:
Wages: 2% 2017, 2.5% 1/1/2018 & .5% 7/1/2018; FTO – $3.00 ($.50 increase)

Ramsey PD – Sgts:
Wages: 2017: 2%. 2018: 2.5%, plus 05% on 7/1/2018. Also, negotiated for first time in the contract longevity of: 5 years: 1%, 8 years: 2%, 12 years: 3%

Red Lake Co Dep & Dispatchers:
Wages: SCH Add GWA OT Increase
2017 3% 3.0hr $.45
2018 3% 2.5hr $.45
2019 $.75 2.0hr $.45
Each year reduce scheduled OT by 1⁄2 hr weekly in exchange for $.45 hourly (Shown in above table)
Move Dispatcher to Grade 15; Move Dispatch Leader to Grade 20; Move Deputies to Grade 26

Wages: 3% increase in 2017 & 2018

Robbinsdale PD – Patrol:
Wages: 3.5% 2017; Shift differential increased by $.10 per hour

Saint Anthony PD:
Wages: 3.0% wages 2017; 3.0% wages 2018

St Louis County SO – Deputies:
Wages: 2017: $1.00/hour market adj. plus 2.5% general wage increase. 2018: 2.5% general wage increase. 2019: 2.5% general wage increase. Increase in on-call pay. Increase in Shift Diff. pay

St Louis Park PD – Supervisors:
Wage: 2016 – 2.75% plus 2.5.% market adjustment, 2017 – 2.75% plus 2.75% market adjustment, insurance the same as other employees, and added dry cleaning language to un

St Paul Park PD:
Wages 3% 2017; 3% 2018; Uniform allowance increased to $2,000 in 2017

Swift County:
Wage percentage increase 2017 – 6% , 2018 – 2% , 2019 – 2%; Funeral Leave will be paid as 3 shifts (12 Hours); Uniform allowance will increase a total of $45.00 over the next 2 years.

Three Rivers Park PD – Patrol:
Wages 3% in 2017, 2% in 2018; increase in Lead Worker pay from $1.30/hr to $2.00/hr.

Washington County SO – Deputies:
Wages: 2% 2017, 2% 2018; Uniform Allowance $755 2016, $780 2017, $805 2018

Washington County SO – Capt & Commanders:
Wages: 2.5% COLA each year; Commanders below the salary range max receive a 4% increase not to exceed salary range maximum

Waterville PD:
Wages 2.5% increase in 2017, 2018 & 2019; Uniform Allowance increase to $675 in 2017 and increase to $695 in 2018; Language change regarding voluntary shift switching

Wayzata PD:
Wages: 2017 – 2.5% and add a 2% – 10 year step, 2018 – 2.5% and 2019 – 2.5%, double time for working the 4th of July, adding $200/mo. for SRO and Investigator effective 1/1/2019, $100/mo. for FTO and Firearms/Defensive Tactics effective 1/1/2019. Insurance up to $1,159/mo. for 2017 and reopeners for 2018 & 2019

West St Paul PD – Patrol:
Wages: 2.5% 2017, 2.75% 2018

West St Paul PD – Sgts:
Wages: 2.5% 2017; 2.75% 2018 + mark adjustment after study is completed

White Bear Lake PD – Sergeants:
Wages: 2.0% in 2016, 2.5% in 2017, and 2.75% in 2018. New: Longevity pay of 3% at 4 years and 5% at 8 years. New: Education incentive of 4% for Master’s degree.

Winona County SO – Deputies:
Wages: 2.5% general increase plus 2.5% mrkt adj. for 2017, and 2.5% general increase plus 2.5% mrkt adj. in 2018. Waiting for membership approval

Winona PD – Sgts:
Wages: 2.5% for 2017, 2.75% for 2016, added dental insurance, uniforms increase by $25 to $1,025 for 2018

Yellow Medicine County SO – Licensed:
Wages 2% 2017; 2.5% 2018; 2.75% 2019; Shift differential increased $.25 in 2017 & 2018
