Anoka County Sheriffs Department Deputies:

Wages: 2% merit increase for 2014, 2% merit increase for 2015
Economic changes: Corresponding increases to range minimum and maximum. 2% increase to Step 1.

Anoka County Sheriffs Department Detention Deputies:

Term: 2014-2015
Wages: 0% for 2014, 0% for 2015
Economic changes: Step 1 and minimum and maximum range increased by 2%. Up to 2% performance-based range increase.

Anoka County Sheriffs Department Jail Supervisors:

Term: 2014-2015
Wages: 2% merit for 2014, 2% merit for 2015

Beltrami County Sergeants:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: New wage scale plus 1% for 2014, 2% for 2015, 1.5% on 1/1/16 and 1.5% on 7/1/16
Economic changes: Steps included in all years. Health insurance contribution increased by $50 for 2014, $50 for 2015, and $50 for 2016.

Benson Police Department:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 50 cents an hour increase each year
Economic changes: Added 5th year step at 20 cents. K-9 officer receiving $150 per month plus 30 minutes at 1.5 for all non-scheduled work days. Compensatory time increased to 120 hours with maximum carryover of 60 hours. Insurance split 50/50 in 2015 and re-opener for 2016. Employer will match employee contributions to deferred comp up to 3% each employee’s annual gross wages and 50% of additional contributions up to a maximum employer match of 4%.

Benton County Sheriffs Department Non-Licensed Supervisors:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 1% for 2014, 1% on 1/1/15 and .25% on 7/1/15, 1% on 1/1/16 and .25% on 7/1/16
Economic changes: Slight increase in employer’s contribution to health insurance.

Blue Earth County Sheriffs Department:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 2.5% for 2014, 2.5% for 2015, 2.5% for 2016

Brooklyn Center Police Department:

Term: 2014-2015
Wages: 2% for 2014, 2% for 2015 plus $63/mo. Market adjustment
Economic changes: $10/mo increase to 16-year longevity. Changed FTO compensation to hourly.

Buffalo Police Department:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 2% for 2014, 3% for 2015, 3% for 2016.
Economic changes: New Senior Officer Pay (1%) with established criteria including 10 years of service and qualifying points. Insurance premiums split 50/50 on increase.

Burnsville Police Department Supervisors:

Term: 2014-2015
Wages: 2% for 2014, 2.5% for 2015
Economic changes: Educational incentive for 4-year degree increased from 2.5% to 3% in 2014. Employer’s contribution to health insurance increased by $40 per month; “me too” insurance for 2015.
Language changes: Employees may be granted three regularly scheduled days paid attendance at MPPOA Convention and two days for MPPOA Legislative Conference, including travel.

Cambridge Police Department:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 3% on 4/1/14, 2% for 2015, 2% for 2016
Economic changes: Insurance – HRA increased $100 per year for 2014, re-opener for 2015 and 2016. Investigator clothing allowance set at $400 with $350 for footwear, cleaning and equipment purchase. Department will provide outerwear. Overtime at 2 times on July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Centennial Lakes Police Department:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 1.75% for 2014, 2% for 2015, 2.5% for 2016
Economic changes: Health insurance increases $20 in 2014, $55 in 2015, and $40 in 2016 (re- opener if increase is more than 8%). Uniform allowance paid at $750 with a $200 carryover. Steward pay language added with compensation for 6 hours at straight time. Court cancellation language added.

Dakota County Sheriffs Department Patrol:

Term: 2014-2015
Wages: 2% plus merit with base medical plan change for 2014, 2% plus merit with base medical plan change for 2015
Economic changes: Lump sum in 2014 of $1,000 for FTEs. FTO shall receive 1.5 hours of pay per shift. Employees certified as trainers will receive 1.5 hours of pay for 10 hours of training. Shift differential increased to 75 cents per hour in 2014 and 80 cents per hour in 2015. Uniform allowance increased to $750 in 2014 and $775 in 2015.

Dakota County Sheriffs Department Patrol Supervisors:

Term: 2014-2015
Wages: 2% for 2014, 2% for 2015 and implementation of new wage schedule and merit matrix
Economic changes: Lump sum of $1,000 to defray deductible costs with County’s basic health insurance plan. Shift differential increased to 75 cents per hour in 2014 and 80 cents per hour in 2015. Uniform allowance increased to $750 in 2014 and $775 in 2015.

Deephaven Police Department:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 2% for 2014, 3% on 7/1/15, and 2% for 2016
Economic changes: Insurance values the same for 2014 with re-openers for 2015 and 2016. Comp time accrual increased to 60 hours. Vacation accrual increased by shortening the years from 6 to 12 to 6 to 10 years.

East Grand Forks Police Department:

Term: 2014-2015
Wages: 2% for 2014, 2% for 2015
Economic changes: $2.00 per hour for FTO.

Ely Police Department:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 3% for 2014, 3% for 2015, 2% for 2016
Economic changes: Employer will contribute 100% of the health savings account deductible for $2,500/$75 plan.

Farmington Police Department:

Term: 2014-2015

Economic changes: Health insurance contribution of $950 single, $1,000 for single plus one and $1,019 for family.

Goodhue County Sheriffs Department Licensed:

Economic changes: Uniform allowance increased to $950. Vacation carryover of 240 hours. Life insurance increased to $40,000 to match other law enforcement contracts.

Hermantown Police Department:

Term: 2014-2015
Wages: 2% for 2014, 2% for 2015
Economic changes: Shift differential increase of 15 cents per hour in 2014 and 10 cents per hour for 2015. Conversion from 50 cents per hour special assignment pay to 2.5%. FTO conversion from 50 cents per hour to 1.5 hours of comp time. Permanently maintain specialty assignment pay for five year tenure in assignment.

Isanti Police Department:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 2% for 2014, 2% for 2015, 3% for 2016
Economic changes: Uniform allowance increased by $4.33 per month. Instituted $100 annual firearm replacement stipend. Floating holiday hours increased from 8 to 12.

Jordan Police Department:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 2% on 1/1/14 and 1% on 7/1/14, 2% on 1/1/15 and 1% on 7/1/15, 2% on 1/1/16 and 1% on 7/1/16

Kanabec County Sheriffs Department Non-Licensed:

Term: 2014-2015
Wages: 1.5% for 2014, 1.5% for 2015
Economic changes: Employer’s contribution to family health insurance increased by $63 a month. Uniform allowance increased by $35. Conversion to PTO.

Kanabec County Sheriffs Department Licensed:

Term: 2013-2014
Wages: 0% for 2013, 1.5% for 2014
Economic changes: Employer’s contribution to family health insurance increased by $40 a month. Uniform allowance increased by $100. Conversion to PTO.

Kittson County Sheriffs Department:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 55 cents an hour increase for 2015, 60 cent increase for 2016, and 60 cent increase for 2017
Economic changes: Shift differential increased by 25 cents per hour for 2015 and 25 cents per hour for 2016. On-call pay increased by 25 cents per hour for 2015 and 25 cents per hour for 2016. Employees may receive comp time in lieu of OT.

Lake City Police Department:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 2% for 2014, 2% for 2015, 2% for 2016
Economic changes: Change to comp time carry over.

Lakeville Police Department Supervisors:

Term: 2014-2014
Wages: 2% plus 1% salary adjustment in 2014, 2% plus 1% salary adjustment for 2015
Economic changes: Cash out compensatory three additional times per year. Court cancellation pay (unless notified by 5 p.m. the preceding day) 3 hours at 1.5 pay. Holiday pay increased to 117 hours.

Maple Grove Police Department Sergeants:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 2.25% plus 57 cents per hour market adjustment for 2014, 2.25% for 2015, 2.5% for 2016

McLeod County Sheriffs Department Sergeants:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 2% merit increase plus 20 cents per hour for 2014, 2015 and 2016
Economic changes: Increased range minimum 5% and range maximum 3%. Anyone going over range maximum receives a lump sum. Employer’s contribution to health insurance raised $15 per month for single and $40 per month for family for each year of the agreement.

McLeod County Sheriffs Department Non-Licensed Sergeants:

Term: 2014-2015-2016

Mille Lacs County Sheriffs Deputies:

Term: 2014-2015
Wages: 1% for 2014, 2% for 2015
Economic changes: Single insurance premium cost shifted to employee such that employee will pay 4% in 2015. Uniform allowance increased by $50.

Minnetonka Police Department Dispatchers:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 1% plus 1.43% market adjustment for 2014, 1% for 2015, 1% for 2016 (market adjustments for 2015-2016 based on market formula.
Economic changes: Work alone pay of $1.50 instituted starting in 2014. Language changes.

Moorhead Police Department Supervisors:

Term: 2014
Wages: 2% for 2014 and move to new pay matrix in August for lieutenants and September for sergeants
Economic changes: Changes to call back, court and court cancellation language.

Mounds View Police Department Sergeants:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 2% plus 1.08% market adjustment for 2014, 2% and 1% market adjustment for 2015, 2% for 2016
Economic changes: Employer’s contribution to health insurance increased by $113 per month.

New Prague Police Department:

Term: 2014 (re-opener)
Wages: 2%

North Branch Police Department:

Term: 2014-2015
Wages: 1%, no steps, for 2014, 0%, steps, for 2015
Economic changes: Shift differential increased from 50 cents to 75 cents per hour. Employer’s health insurance contribution changed to fixed employer contribution with 50/50 split of increase and cap on maximum employee cost. Overtime calculation of eligible hours changed.

North St. Paul Police Department Sergeants:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 2% for 2014, 2.5% for 2015, 2% on 1/1/16 and .5% on 7/1/16
Economic changes: Addition of 2.5% step at 7 years. Addition of $175 per month for sergeant assigned to investigations. City will now contribute $115 per month to employees’ deferred compensation plan.

Oak Park Heights Police Department:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 3% for 2014, 2.75% for 2015, 2.75% for 2016
Economic changes: Removed sick leave cap except for severance. Increased uniform allowance. Added 40 cents per hour for night shift differential for all hours worked between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. and decreased employer’s health insurance contribution percentage each year for both family and single health/dental.

Orono Police Department Supervisors:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 2% for 2014, 2.5% for 2015, 2.75% for 2016

Plymouth Police Department:

Term: 2014-2015
Wages: 2% for 2014, 2.5% for 2015
Economic changes: Uniform allowance increased to $900 for 2014 and $915 for 2015 if a tax free option is implemented. Officers may cash out up to 20 hours of comp time in July or December. Language changes in disability leave.

Rice County Correctional Officers:

Term: 2014-2015
Wages: 2.5% for 2014, 2.75% for 2015

Rochester Police Department:

Term: 2014-2015
Wages: 2% for 2014, 2.25% for 2015
Economic changes: Instituted new wage grid that adds longevity steps and lengthens original steps. Severance cap on sick leave. Convert investigator pay to dollar amount.

St. Louis County Sheriffs Department:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 1% for 2014, 1% for 2015, 0% for 2016
Economic changes: Lump sum payment of $500 in 2014. Compression of wage scale in 2016. Employer will provide long term disability and pay 70%. Sick leave accumulation and severance reduced for new hires (after 3/1/14).

St. Louis Park Police Department:

Term: 2014-2015
Wages: 2% for 2014, 2.5% for 2015
Economic changes: Change to holiday overtime on Christmas and Thanksgiving. Hostage Negotiations Team to receive pager pay.

St. Louis Park Police Department Supervisors:

Term: 2014-2015
Wages: 2% for 2014, 2.5% for 2015
Economic changes: Employer’s contribution to health insurance increased to $885 per month for 2014; “me too” for 2015. Crisis negotiator will receive $350 at the completion of one year assignment.

South St. Paul Police Department:

Term: 2014-2015
Wages: 2.5% plus 1.5% market adjustment for 2014, 2.5% plus 1.5% market adjustment for 2015
Economic changes: Employer contribution to health insurance increased by $54.62 per month. New CRT stipend of $175 per month. FTO increased from 1 to 1.5 hours of comp time.

Three Rivers Park District Sergeants:

Term: 2014-2015
Wages: 2% on merit for 2014, wage re-opener for 2015
Economic changes: $50 increase in equipment allowance. Extended court overtime from 2 hours to 3 hours.

Washington County Sheriffs Department:

Term: 2014-2015
Wages: 2% for 2014, 2% for 2015
Economic changes: Step system preserved. Night differential increase of 10 cents per hour. Health insurance re-opener for 2015. Part-time benefits established.

Waterville Police Department:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 50 cents per hour raise for 2014, for 2015, and for 2016

Wayzata Police Department:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: New wage schedule increasing top pay by 4% for 2014, 2% for 2015, 2% for 2016
Economic changes: Employer’s contribution to health insurance increased to $1,008 per month for 2014, with re-openers for 2015 and 2016.

Wells Police Department:

Language changes: Language changes to vacation and comp.

Winona County Sheriffs Department:
