Economic changes: 3% merit based on the top range for both 2012 and 2013.

Wages: 1.5% for 2012, “me too” for 2013 (per arbitration award)

Anoka Police Department:

Term: 2011-2012
Wages: 0% for 2011, 1% on 1/1/12 and 1% on 7/1/12

Austin Police Department:

Term: 2013-2014-2015
Wages: 1.5% for 2013, 2% for 2014, 2% for 2015

Baxter Police Department:

Term: 2011-2012
Wages: 0% for 2011, 0% for 2012 (per arbitration award)

Becker Police Department:

Term: 2012-2013-2014
Wages: 0% for 2011, 1.5% for 2013, 1.5% for 2014

Belle Plaine Police Department:

Term: 2013-2014-2015
Wages: 2% for 2013, 2% for 2014, 2% for 2015
Economic changes: Increase in longevity. Addition of injured on duty language.

Bemidji Police Department:

Term: 2013-2014-2015
Wages: 3% for 2013, 3% for 2014, 2% for 2015
Language changes: Insurance language will provide if any other union or city employee receives contribution increase, this group will receive the same.

Bemidji Police Department Sergeants:

Term: 2013-2014-2015
Wages: 3% for 2013, 3% for 2014, 2% for 2015
Economic changes: 21⁄2 times pay for Christmas and Thanksgiving. Employer switched to less expensive ammo; savings of $100 goes to uniform allowance.

Bloomington Police Department Supervisors:

Term: 2012-2013-2014
Wages: 1.5% on 7/1/12, 2.5% for 2013 , 2% for 2014
Economic changes: Uniform allowance increased to $875 in 2013 and $900 in 2014. VEBA contributions increased to $1,150 in 2013 and $1,175 in 2014.

Carlton County Sheriffs Department:

Term: 2011-2012
Wages: 0% for 2011, 0% for 2012
Economic changes: Longevity sunset removed. Shift differential time frame increased to start at 6 p.m. Cash out of comp time provision.

Chaska Police Department:

Term: 2013-2014
Wages: 2% for 2013, 2% for 2014
Economic changes: Longevity increased to 10.5% after 20 years. Shift differential pay increased to 55 cents per hour. Specialty pay increased to 4.75%. Employer’s contribution to health insurance premium increased 6.5% per year. Uniform allowance increased by 4% each year. Cell phone reimbursement.

Clay County Corrections:

Wages: Re-opener. 2%

Clay County Supervisors:

Term: 2013-2014
Wages: 2% for 2013, 2% for 2014

Crystal Police Department: (per arbitration award)

Term: 2012-2013
Wages: 1% for 2012, 1% for 2013
Economic changes: Insurance for 2012 the same as rest of the employees; 1% better than City offer for 2013?

Eagan Police Department Sergeants:

Term: 2013-2014
Wages: 1% on 1/1/13 and 1% on 7/1/13, 1% on 1/1/14 and 1% on 7/1/14

Elk River Police Department:

Term: 2013-2014-2015
Wages: 2% on 1/1/13 and 1.5% wage adjustment; 2% on 1/1/14 and 1.5% wage adjustment; 2% on 1/1/15 and 1% adjustment on 7/1 if group is under the “average” for their comparable group.
Economic changes: Uniform allowance increased to $785 for 2013, $805 for 2014, and $825 for 2015. Match vacation accrual/max with city policy. Compensatory time language modified for a comp time payout in June, along with a clause for cash out on an emergency basis with approval from the City.

Elk River Police Department Sergeants:

Term: 2013-2014-2015
Wages: 2% on 1/1/13 and 1.5% wage adjustment; 2% on 1/1/14 and 1.5% wage adjustment on 7/1/13; 2% on 1/1/15 and 1% adjustment on 7/1 if group is under the “average” for their comparable group.

Economic changes: Increase to annual leave accumulation by 40 hours in exchange for eliminating 40-hour sell back. May sell back unused holiday hours at end of year.

Goodhue County Deputies:

Wages: .75% on 12/31/12 and .75% on 3/31/12
Language changes: Change work out of classification language.

Maple Grove Police Department:

Wages: 1% on 1/1/13 and 1% on 7/1/13, 2.25% for 2014, and 2.25% for 2015
Economic changes: Move longevity rom dollar amount to a percentage (slight increase at top). Me too on insurance premium. Increased sick leave payout to 60%, into post employment health care account. Increased uniform allowance by $10 each year.

Morrison County Sheriffs Department:

Term: 2013-2014
Wages: 1.75% on 1/1/13 and 50 cents market adjust on 7/1/13, 2% for 2014
Economic changes: Weekend differential added for all hours worked after 4 p.m. Friday to 8 a.m. Monday at $1.00 an hour. Retiree insurance eliminated for new hires after 1/1/13, but current employees received an increased contribution from $175 per month to $200 per month.

Mound Police Department:

Term: 2011-2012
Wages: 1% on 7/1/11, 1% for 2012
Economic changes: Maintained current health insurance language and employer contribution for 2012.

Mower County Dispatchers:

Term: 2012-2013-2014-2015 (7/1/12 to 6/30/15)
Wages: 1% on 1/1/13, 1.5% on 1/1/14, 2% on 1/1/15
Economic changes: Employer’s health insurance contribution set at $1,600 a month for duration of agreement unless either party requests to reopen negotiations for 2015. Slight increase in uniform allowance to all for black slacks.

McLeod County Non-Licensed Sergeants:

Term: 2012-2013
Wages: Within range movement 1.25% for 2012, 1.50% for 2013
Economic changes: Increase in county’s contributions to health insurance. Uniform allowance increased by $25. Change to training costs.

Melrose Police Department:

Term: 2013-2014
Wages: 3.25% for 2013, 2% for 2014

Moorhead Police Department:

Term: 2012-2013
Wages: 0% for 2012, 1.25% for 2013
Economic changes: Employer’s contribution to health insurance increased to $767.87 for Single +1 and $980.25 for family for 2012, and $867.69 for Single +1 and $1,017.68 for family for 2013.

New Hope Police Department: (per arbitration award)

Term: 2011-2012-2013
Wages: 1% for 2011, 1% for 2012, 1% for 2013

North Branch Police Department:

Term: 2013
Wages: 25 cent per hour increase to start and top range
Economic changes: Change from minimum-maximum wage structure to step structure. Increase in wage rate through movement to nearest step on 10/1/13. Health insurance changed to City’s standard plan.

North St. Paul Police Department:

Term: 2013-2014-2015
Wages: 1% on 1/1/13 and 1% on 7/1/13, 1% on 1/1/14 and 1% on 7/1/14, 1% on 1/1/15 and 1% on 7/1/15
Economic changes: Added $20 per year of the contract added to employer’s health insurance contributions. Court cancellation language added.

Osakis Police Department:

Term: 2013-2014
Wages: 2.5% for 2013, 2.5% for 2014
Economic changes: Employer’s contribution to health insurance premium increased to $865 for 2013 and $890 for 2014. Uniform allowance increased to $825 for 2013 and $850 for 2014. Health Care Savings Plan contribution increased to $35 for 2013 and $40 for 2014.

Pine River Police Department:

Term: 2013-2014-2015
Wages: 50 Cents per hour increase for 2013, 50 cents per hour increase for 2014, $1.00 per hour increase on 1/1/15 and another 50 centers per hour increase on 12/31/15.

Pipestone County Sheriffs Department Deputies:

Term: 2013-2014
Wages: 2% for 2013, 2% for 2014

Robbinsdale Police Department Supervisors:

Wages: 0% and $300 cash settlement for 2012, 2% on 1/1/13 and .75% on 12/1/13
Economic changes: $800 Uniform allowance starting in 2013.

Rochester Police Department:

Term: 2012-2013-2014
Wages: 1% for 2012, 1.75% for 2013, implementation of step schedule for 2014 Economic changes: Implementation of a six-step pay schedule for sergeants; top sergeant will be 9.5% above start. Additional step to officers on step schedule; lengthens time to top by one year for all new employees. Change of premium pay for detective sergeants from percent to a flat dollar amount.
Language changes: language change to health insurance for retiring officers.

Economic changes: Uniform allowance increased from $50 to $54 a month. Effective 1/1/13, afternoon and night shift differential increased by 5 cents an hour. Restriction on work-related injuries lifted.

Economic changes: No change in insurance contribution for 2013, and $50 increase for 2014. Uniform allowance increased to $875 in 2013 and $900 in 2014.
