Anoka Police Department Sergeants:

Term: 2011-2012
Wages: 0% for 2011, 1% on 1/1/12 and 1% on 7/1/12

Anoka County Corrections:

Term: 2011
Wages: 0%
Economic changes: .5% plus 25 cents per hour merit increase. Shift differential increased to $6 per shift. Uniform allowance increased by $50. Half day holidays on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve combined to full day on Christmas Eve, and officers receive this even if it falls on a weekend.

Benson Police Department:

Term: 2012-2013
Wages: Wages increased 50 cents per 2012, and 50 cents per hour 2013
Economic changes: Employer’s contribution to health insurance paid at $500 per month single, $1,000 for family (changes out-of-pocket expenses). Uniform allowance increased to $335 for part-time employees and $670 for full time employees. Life insurance increased to $30,000.

Benton County Sheriffs Department Deputies:

Term: 2011-2012-2013
Wages: 0% for 2011, .5% on 1/1/12 and .5% on 7/1/12, 1.5% for 2013
Economic changes: Insurance premium increases/decreases split 50/50 with employees in 2013. County adopted new PTO plan for new employees.

Blaine Police Department:

Term: 2011-2012-2013
Wages: 1% for 2011, 1% for 2012, 2% for 2013
Economic changes: Increase in performance pay from current $500 per component to $600 in 2012 and $700 in 2013. Employer’s health insurance contribution will remain the same for 2011 and 2012, with a re-opener for 2013.

Blue Earth Police Department:

Term: 2012-2013-2014
Wages: 2% for 2012, 2% for 2013, 2% for 2014
Economic changes: Change in on-call pay language from flat rate to short term and long term notice on-call pay.
Language changes: Injured on duty language added to contract.

Brainerd Police Department:

Term: 2011-2012
Wages: 1% on 1/1/11 and .5% on 7/1/11, 2% for 2012

Cambridge Police Department:

Term: 2012-2013
Wages: 0% for 2012 with a new 3% six-year step, 1% on 2013
Economic changes: Language changes on vacation picks and distribution of overtime.

Cannon Falls Police Department:

Term: 2012
Wages: Step movement and 1.5% increase for members at top of new city pay schedule

Coon Rapids Police Department Sergeants:

Term: 2012-2013
Wages: Based on percentage over top patrol

Cottonwood County Sheriffs Department Deputies:

Term: 2012-2013
Wages: Lump sum payment of $525 per year

Fillmore County Sheriffs Department:

Term: 2012-2013-2014
Wages: 1.5% for 2012, 1.5% for 2013, and 1.5% for 2014
Economic changes: Added 4 more premium holidays over second and third year of contract.

Golden Valley Police Department Sergeants:

Term: 2012-2013
Wages: 1% for 2012, 1.5% for 2013
Economic changes: Elimination of 2% wage premium for new sergeants in exchange for 12 hours of paid time off. Increased uniform allowance by $20. Insurance contribution increase by $50 in 2013.
Language changes: Arbitration notification in discipline language.

Hopkins Police Department Dispatchers:

Term: 2012-2013-2014
Wages: 0% for 2012, 2% for 2013, 1% on 1/1/14 and 1% on 7/1/14
Economic changes: Seniority language added for OT and OT at double time for 6 holidays.

Jordan Police Department:

Term: 2012-2013
Wages: 1.5% for 2012, 1.5% for 2013

Kandiyohi County Sheriffs Department:

Term: 2012-2013-2014
Wages: 2% for 2012, 1% for 2013, 1.5% for 2014
Economic changes: At separation, maxim vacation payout increased to 252 hours.
Language changes: Family member language expanded to include “any other member of the employee’s household living with the employee.”

Kandiyohi County Sheriffs Department Dispatch:

Term: 2012-2013-2014
Wages: 2% for 2012, 1% for 2013, 1.5% for 2014
Economic changes: Sick coverage (call-in pay) increased to $35. 252 hours accumulated vacation maximum paid out at separation.
Language changes: Family member language expanded to include “any other member of the employee’s household living with the employee.”

Lakeville Police Department Supervisors:

Term: 2012-2013
Wages: 1% on 1/1/12 and .75% on 12/1/12, 1% on 1/1/13 and .50% on 12/1/13
Economic changes: Modifications made to health insurance contributions. LPD meeting cancellations treated the same as court cancellations. Vacation schedule updated to non-union equivalents. Life insurance increased to $25,000.

LeSueur Police Department:

Term: 2012-2013
Wages: 3% for 2012, average one-year CPI index for 2013

Mendota Heights Police Department:

Term: 2012-2013
Wages: 2% for 2012, 2% for 2013
Economic changes: Employer’s health insurance contribution increased by 5% for 2012, re- opener for 2013.

Morris Police Department:

Term: 2012-2013-2014
Wages: 1.5% for 2012, 2% for 2013, 2% for 2014
Economic changes: Employer’s contribution to health insurance premium of $675 single and $700 family; each year the employer will cover first 8% increase in family insurance premium with employee covering next 8%, and employer covers any remainder.

New Brighton Police Department:

Term: 2012-2013-2014
Wages: 2% for 2012, 2% for 2013, 2% for 2014
Economic changes: Eliminated the $0 co-pay insurance and added language that if a person leaves the health savings account plan, they will not get an employer health savings account contribution when the return.

New Prague Police Department:

Term: 2012 wage re-opener
Wages: 2%

Newport Police Department:

Term: 2012-2013-2014
Wages: 0% for 2012, 1% on 7/1/13, 1.5% on 1/1/14 and .5% on 7/1/14
Economic changes: Employer added dental insurance for all employees.

North St. Paul Police Department Sergeants:

Economic changes: Health insurance increased. Some language changes.

Osseo Police Department:

Term: 2011-2012-2013
Wages: 0% for 2011, 1% on 1/1/12 and 1% on 7/1/12, 1.5% on 1/1/13 and 1.5% on 7/1/13
Economic changes: Insurance contribution increased $37 in 2013. Uniform allowance increased by $20 in 2013.

Pennington County Sheriffs Department Deputies:

Wages: 1% for 2012, 1% for 2013, 1% for 2014
Economic changes: Employer’s contribution to monthly health savings account $200 for single, $250 for family. New 1-year layoff recall right. Sick leave donation restricted to vacation time.

Plymouth Police Department Sergeants:

Term: 2011-2012
Wages: 1% on 3/1/11, 2% for 2012, 1% on 1/1/13 and 1% on 3/1/13

Princeton Police Department:

Term: 2011-2012
Wages: 0% for 2011, 1% on 1/1/12 and 1% on 7/1/12
Economic changes: 40 hour furloughs in both 2011 and 2012.

Redwood County Sheriffs Department

Term: 2012-2013-2014
Wages: .5% for 2012, .5% for 2013, 1.75% for 2014
Economic changes: All steps paid on anniversary dates. Uniform allowance increased to $750 for deputies and $450 for corrections/dispatchers (extra $25 for ERU members).

Richfield Police Department Dispatchers:

Term: 2012-2013
Wages: 1% on 1/1/12 and 1% on 7/1/12, 2% for 2013
Economic changes: Training pay increases. Some language changes.

Richfield Police Department Supervisors:

Term: 2012-2013
Wages: 1% on 1/1/12 and 1% on 7/1/12, 2% for 2013
Economic changes: Uniform allowance increased $25 per year.

Rosemount Police Department Patrol:

Term: 2012-2013
Wages: 1% for 2012, 1% on 1/1/13 and 1% on 7/1/13
Economic changes: Uniform allowance increased by $50 per year.

St. Louis Park Police Department:

Term: 2012-2013
Wages: 2% for 2012, 2% for 2013
Economic changes: Employer will pay $10 into deferred compensation if employee puts in $50. FTO pay is 8.5% of top pay per hour. Double time for call-in on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

St. Louis Park Police Department Supervisors:

Term: 2012-2013
Wages: 2% for 2012, 2% for 2013
Economic changes: Employer will pay $10 into deferred compensation if employee puts in $50.

St. Louis Park Police Department Dispatchers:
