Alexandria Police Department:

Anoka County Sheriffs Department Licensed Supervisors: (per arbitration)

Term: 2014-2015
Wages: 2% merit for 2014, 2% for 2015
Economic changes: 2% increase to range minimum for both years.

Anoka County Sheriffs Department Emergency Dispatchers: (per arbitration)

Term: 2015-2016
Wages: 3% merit for 2015, 3% merit for 2016

Becker Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 2% for 2015, 2% for 2016, 2.5% for 2017
Economic changes: 10 cent increase in shift differential and to hours differential is paid, expanded from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Blaine Police Department Sergeants:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 2% for 2014, 2% + $200/month for 2015, 3% for 2016

Bloomington Police Department Supervisors:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 2.5% and .25% MOU for 2015, 2.5% and .25% MOU for 2016, 2.75% for 2017
Economic changes: Employer’s contribution to health insurance premium increased to $1,300 per month for 2015, $1,365 for 2016. Clothing allowance increased from $900 to $950 for 2016, and from $950 to $1,000 for 2017.

Brainerd Police Department:

Wages: 2% for 2015, 2% for 2016

Breezy Point Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 2.5% + 1% salary adjustment for 2015, 2.5% + 1% salary adjustment for 2016,
2.5% + 1% salary adjustment for 2017
Economic changes: New shift differential – 50 cents per hour for 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Paramedics differential increased by 1% to 7%.

Buffalo Police Department Sergeants:

Term: 2015
Wages: 3%

Chaska Police Department Supervisors:

Term: 2015-2016
Wages: 3% for 2015, 3% for 2016
Economic changes: $15 increase in technology allowance.

Chisholm Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 2% for 2015, 2% for 2016, 2% for 2017
Economic changes: Shift differential eliminated; base wages increased by 20 cents per hour. Reimbursement for meals during training of $10 for breakfast, $15 for lunch, and $25 for dinner.

Columbia Heights Police Department Sergeants:

Term: 2015-2016
Wages: 2% for 2015, 2.5% for 2016
Economic changes: $30 per month health savings account contribution by employer for both years.

Crow Wing County Sheriffs Department Licensed:

Wages: 2.5% for 2014, 2.44% for 2015, 2.33% for 2016

Economic changes: Additionally, those at top of pay scale get 3.5% for 2014 and 2015.

Dilworth Police Department:

Term: 2015
Wages: 2%
Economic changes: Employer’s contribution of $1,000 single and $2,000 family to new health savings account insurance. Uniform allowance increased to $750 per year.

Eagan Police Department Sergeants:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 1% on 1/1/15 and 1% on 4/1/15, 2% for 2016, 2.25% for 2017
Economic changes: Newly promoted receive base wage for probationary period and then receive education incentive of 3% of BA, in addition to .5% for masters, effective 2016 or 1% effective 2017. Detective sergeants receive $150 per month stipend. Night shift sergeants to receive same differential as patrol of 30 cents per hour for hours worked by 4 p.m. and 6 a.m. Accepted City policy for tuition reimbursement effective 12/31/17 which restricts reimbursement to only one degree with a set dollar amount.

Fairmont Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 2% for 2015, 2% for 2016, 2% for 2017
Economic changes: 2% shift premium for all hours worked between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. Singles will pay 4%, 7%, and 10% of the cost of single health insurance premium.

Fergus Falls Police Department:

Economic changes: $20 per pay period night differential pay. 50/50 split on health insurance premium increase. Additional $50 in uniform allowance for dive team.

Gilbert Police Department:

Economic changes: Employer’s contribution to family dental insurance increased to $95.60 per month. Holiday pay rolled into base pay wages. Rank differential increased to $90 per month. Out of class pay of $5 per hour. Comp time carryover authorized through January 30th of the following year. Increase in severance pay benefits. Vacation accrual method changed to per payroll period for new hires.

Goodhue County Sheriffs Department Licensed:

Wages: 2% for 2014, 1% on 1/1/15 and 1% on 7/1/15 and placement on a new pay scale,

Economic changes: 25 cents per hour increase in shift differential. ACA language added, additional insurance plan added.

Economic changes: Years of service credit for placement on wage scale. Comp time payout authorized. Cancellation of court time fee added. Day after Thanksgiving added as a holiday.

Grand Rapids Police Department Sergeants:

Wages: 10.5% over top patrol pay for 2015, 12% over top patrol pay for 2016, 13.5% over top patrol pay for 2017

Houston County Sheriffs Department Licensed:

Wages: 2% for 2015, 2.5% for 2016, 3% for 2017

Economic changes: Adjusted steps result in a 4% increase for top step increase. First Responder pay increased by 50 cents per hour. City contribution to health insurance increased by $25 single and $50 family for 2016.

Lino Lakes Police Department Supervisors:

Wages: 2% + 1.5% market adjustment

Little Falls Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016
Wages: 2% + $100 per month for 2015, 2% + $100 per month for 2016

Mahnomen County Sheriffs Department:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 2% for 2015, 2% for 2016, 2.5% for 2017
Economic changes: Advance pay to steps 4, 5 and 6 from later steps. Insurance premium increase split 50/50 in 2016, re-opener on insurance contribution for 2017. Uniform allowance increased by $25 in 2016, and $25 in 2017.

Maplewood Police Department Sergeants:

Term: 2015-2016
Wages: 2% for 2015, and 1% on 1/1/16, 1% on 6/1/16, and 1% on 9/1/16
Economic changes: Added 6% Detective Sergeant pay. Paramedic pay cancelled but offset with lump sum payment of $1,333.

Melrose Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 5% for 2015, 4% for 2016, 3% for 2017

Milaca Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 2% for 2015, 2% for 2016, 2% for 2017
Economic changes: New voluntary performance pay incentive, up to 6% of base wages. Health insurance plan change to high deductible; employer contributes 100% of single and $3,000 to health savings account. Employee contributes 10% plus $50 to family premium and employer contributes $6,650 to family health savings account. 30-minute meal period during training will be paid for time.

Minnetrista Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 2.5% for 2015, 2% for 2016, 2% for 2017
Economic changes: New longevity for 10 and 15 years at 1% each level. Employer’s contribution to health insurance premium increased to $1,025. Boot and accouterments allowance added for $450. Floating holiday changed to 10 hours.

Morris Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 2% for 2015, 2% for 2016, 3% for 2017
Economic changes: Increase in shift differential to 50 cents for 2015, 75 cents for 2016 and $1 for 2017. Employer’s contribution to health insurance premium of 100% single and 75% family; employer will deposit 50% of deductible into a health savings account.

Mower County Sheriffs Department:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 2% for 2015, 3% for 2016, 3% for 2017
Economic changes: Shift differential increase of 5 cents per hour for 2015, and the amount of COLA for 2016 and 2017. Employer’s contribution to family health insurance premium increased to $1,600 for 2015, $1,632 for 2016 and $1,665 for 2017. If premiums increase more than 4%, the increase with be split 50/50 for 2016 and 2017. Sunset retiree insurance effective 7/1/15 for new employees.

New Prague Police Department:

Term: 2015
Wages: 3%
Economic changes: Increased uniform allowance by $100. Back pay from wage study to 1/1/14.

New Ulm Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 2% for 2015, 2% for 2016, 2% for 2017
Economic changes: Raised K-9 pay. Moved duty allowance into wages so that it is calculated in OT as regular pay.

Nobles County Sheriffs Department Licensed:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 1% plus results of county-wide pay scale – if that amount is less than 2% overall, a lump sum will be added to make it 2%; 2.25% for 2016; 2.5% for 2017 Economic changes: 1 hour OT for 24-hour court cancellation.

Northfield Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016
Wages: 1% on 1/1/15 and 1% on 7/1/15, and 1% on 1/1/16 and 1% on 7/1/16
Economic changes: Added Investigator pay. Increased contribution to PEPSCO.

Northfield Police Department Sergeants:

Term: 2015-2016
Wages: 1% plus step increase on 1/1 and 1% on 7/1 and step increase on anniversary date for 2015, 1% and one step increase on anniversary date for 2016

Olmsted County Non-Licensed Sergeants:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 3% for 2015, 3% for 2016, 3% for 2017
Economic changes: Merit remains the same amounts for all three years. Language changes: Relating to insurance, savings clause, and discipline.

Olmsted County Licensed Captains:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 2% for 2015, 3% for 2016, 3% for 2017
Economic changes: Increased paid hours to 2184.

Princeton Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016
Wages: 2% on 1/1/15 and 1% on 7/1/15, 2.5% for 2016
Economic changes: 2016 wages will be reopened if the City receives more than a 10% reduction in LGA. Health insurance will be reopened for 2016. Shift adjustment pay increase from $1 to $3 per hour if employee is scheduled without a minimum of 11 hours between shifts. Uniform allowance increased by 5% each year.

Prior Lake Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 2.5% for 2015, 3% for 2016, .5% for 2017

Ramsey Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016
Wages: 2% for 2015, 2% for January through March, 2016
Economic changes: Steps adjusted effective 4/1/16 to address market issue – new start wage, new 3% step differential, which results in a 2.8% market adjustment for top pay. FTO pay increased from $2.00 to $2.50 per hour. Employer contributions to health insurance increased by $50 in 2015 and $25 in 2016. Vacation accrual maximum changed from a floating measure to end of year.

Redwood County Sheriffs Department:

Term: 2015-2016
Wages: 2% for 2015, 2% for 2016
Economic changes: Employees at the top of the range receiving a $1,200 lump sum payment.

Robbinsdale Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016
Wages: 2.5% for 2015, 2% for 2016
Economic changes: New shift differential – 50 cents per hour between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. $60 increase in employer’s contribution to health insurance premium for 2015, re-opener for 2016. Uniform allowance increased by $25 in 2015. MOU for off-bid.

St. Cloud Police Department Sergeants:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 1% on 1/1/15 and 1% on 7/1/15, 1% on 1/1/16 and 1% on 7/1/16, and 2% on 1/1/17 and 1% on 7/1/17
Economic changes: New language on payment of 20 year step. Other language changes on vacation picks and uniform allowance.

St. Paul Park Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016
Wages: 3% for 2015, 3% for 2016
Economic changes: Uniform allowance increased to $975 in 2016.

Sartell Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 1.5% and wage adjustment for 2015, 2% for 2016, 2.5% for 2017
Economic changes: Vacation carryover equal to 1.5 times annual accrual.

Sherburne County Dispatch:

Term: 2014-2015
Wages: 2% for 2014, 2% for 2015
Economic changes: Ranges increase 2% each year. Increased uniform allowance to 90 cents an hour. Improved training travel language.

Steele County Corrections:

Term: 2015-2016
Wages: 1.5% plus increase from pay study for 2015, 2.5% for 2016 Economic changes: 50 cent differential assigned to intake specialist.

Stevens County Sheriffs Department:

Term: 2015
Wages: 1.6% on top of pay study results
Economic changes: OT for time in excess of scheduled shift. Two hour extension to shift differential times. MLK added as a holiday. Vacation added at 31 years.
Language changes: Sick Leave/Parental Leave edited to comply with state law.

Thief River Falls Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 2.5% for 2015, 2.5% for 2016, 2.5% for 2017
Economic changes: Shift Command Pay of $12 per shift. LEMD added as premium holiday. Premium holidays (6) paid at double time.

Three Rivers Park District Sergeants:

Term: 2015
Wages: 2% plus a 2% merit increase

Waseca Police Department:

Term: 2015
Wages: 2%
Economic changes: $5 increases on first two steps, $10 increases for last two steps. Increased uniform allowance by $50. Compensation for a masters degree goes from 1.5% to 2%.

White Bear Lake Police Department Sergeants:

Economic changes: Increase in uniform allowance.

Willmar Police Department:
