Anoka County Sheriffs Department Investigators: (per arbitration award)

Term: 2014-2015
Wages: 2% merit increase for 2014, 2% merit increase for 2015

Big Lake Police Department:

Term: 2016-2017
Wages: 2% for 2016, 2% for 2017
Economic changes: 4.62% pay in lieu of holiday check. Shift differential to apply to all hours worked between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. Cooper physical fitness with 1% or 2% bonus upon passing (maximum of $1,000).

Blaine Police Department:

Term: 2014-2015
Wages: 1% plus added 4-5 years steps at 1% each for 2014, 1.5% and increased 4-5 years steps to 2% each and added an 8 year step at 2%
Economic changes: Employer s insurance contribution increased $30 a month each year. Increased Firearms/Use of Force instructor pay to $100 a month.
Language changes: Added ACA language.

Blaine Police Department Sergeants:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 2% for 2014, 2% + $200 per month for 2015, 3% for 2016

Blue Earth Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 2.5% for 2015, 2.5% for 2016, 2.5% for 2017
Economic changes: Uniform allowance increased an additional $25 per year. vacation accrual.

Braham Police Department:

Term: 2015*
Wages: *City increased pay by 3% with an MOU rather than the 2% negotiated for 2015.

Buffalo Police Department Sergeants:

Cannon Falls Police Department:

Wages: 2% on 1/1/15 and .5% on 7/1/15, re-opener for 2016 pending result of pay study

Clay County Sheriffs Department Deputies:

Wages: 2% for 2015, 2% for 2016, 3.25% for 2017
Economic changes: $75 increase in clothing allowance. 50 cent increase in FTO pay.

Crookston Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016
Wages: 2.5% for 2015, 2.5% for 2016
Economic changes: Salary adjustment of $100 per month for 2015 and $50 per month for 2016/ Employer s health insurance contribution increased $50 per month for 2015 and $50 for 2016.

Crystal Police Department Supervisors:

Term: Sergeants: 2% for 2014, 2.5% for 2015, 2% for 2016
Lieutenants: 2% for 2014, convert to merit pay for 2015, merit pay for 2016

Dundas Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 2.25% for 2015, 2.25% for 2016, 2.50% for 2017

Glyndon Police Department:

Term: 2014-2015
Wages: 3% for 2014 but no step movement, three new 3% steps but no COLA
Economic changes: Uniform allowance of $500.

Hastings Police Department:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 2% for 2014, 2% + 35 cents per hour market adjustment for 2015, 2% plus 35 cents per hour market adjustment for 2016

Hopkins Police Department Dispatchers:

Term: 2015-2016
Wages: 1% on 1/1/15 and 1% on 7/1/15, 2% on 1/1/16
Economic changes: Freeze starting pay for two years. 5% pay for PSO assigned to property room. FTO pay of $1.50 per hour added.

Jackson County Sheriffs Department:

Term: 2015-2016
Wages: 1% for 2015, 1.5% for 2016
Economic changes: 50/50 split on health insurance premiums for 2016.

Jackson County Sheriffs Department Supervisors:

Term: 2015-2016
Wages: 1% for 2015, 1.5% for 2016
Economic changes: 50/50 split on health insurance premiums for 2016.

Kandiyohi County Corrections:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 2% for 2015, 2% for 2016, 2% for 2017
Economic changes: Created 14th step at 2%. Rover pay increased to 3% to assigned rover (all hours assigned). Call-in pay added at $35. Shift differential increased to 85 cents per hour.

Kandiyohi County Dispatchers:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 2% for 2015, 2% for 2016, 2% for 2017
Economic changes: Added 13th step at 2%. Chair 1 increased to anyone not at the top of the scale receiving a step plus 50 cents per hour; chair 1 employees at top of scale receive $1.50 per hour. Call-in pay increased to $40. Shift differential increased 10 cents to 85 cents per hour.

Kandiyohi County Sheriffs Department Licensed:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 2% for 2015, 2% for 2016, 2% for 2017
Economic changes: Shift differential increased by 15 cents to 90 cents per hour. $25 increase in uniform allowance.

Lake County Sheriffs Department:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 2% for 2014, 40 cents an hour for 2015, 2% for 2016
Economic changes: Uniform allowance increased by $25 in 2014 and by $75 in 2015. Re-opener to discuss CSO MOU.

Lake Crystal Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 1% on 1/1/15 and 1.25% on 7/1/15, 1% on 1/1/16 and 1.5% on 7/1/16, 1.5% on 1/1/17 and 1.5% on 7/1/17

Lakeville Police Department Lieutenants:

Term: 2014-2015
Wages: 2% and wage adjustment in 2014, 2% and wage adjustment (topping out at $107,158) for 2015
Economic changes: Allowed option of staying in PTO or sick/vacation accumulations. Paid premium of $250 if scheduled to work on a holiday.

Lino Lakes Police Department:

Term: 2014-2015
Wages: 2% plus 1% market adjustment for 2014, 2% plus 1% market adjustment for 2015 Economic changes: Increased employer s contribution to family insurance health premium by $96 per month.

Little Falls Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016
Wages: 2% + $100/month for 2015, 2% + $100/month for 2016
Economic changes: Health insurance contribution increased $20 in 2014, $55 in 2015, and $40 in 2016 (re-opener if increase is more than 8%). Uniform allowance paid at $750 with a $200 carryover. Steward pay language added with compensation for 6 hours at straight time. Court cancellation language added.

Melrose Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 5% for 2015, 4% for 2016, 3% for 2017

Metro Airport Commission Emergency Communications:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 2.25% for 2014, 2.50% for 2015, 2.50% for 2016 Economic changes: FTO pay increased by 25 cents to $2.25.

Metro Airport Commission Police Department:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 2.25% for 2014, 2.50% for 2015, 2.50% for 2016

Metro Airport Commission Police Department Sergeants and Lieutenants:

Term: 2014-2015-2016
Wages: 2.25% plus 2.5% educational incentive for 2014, 2,5% for 2015, 2.5% for 2016
Economic changes: Uniform allowance increased by $15 to $945 per year. $10 per month employer contribution to HCSP. Vacation carryover increased to 160 hours.

Moorhead Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016
Wages: 2% for 2015, 2% for 2016
Economic changes: Added two days to vacation for 2015 and three days for 2016. POST license.

Murray County Sheriffs Department:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 3% for 2015, 2% for 2016, 2% for 2017
Economic changes: Those at top of salary range will be paid a lump sum of $750 each year of the agreement.

New Brighton Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 2% for 2015, 2% for 2016, 2.5% for 2017
Economic changes: Added 2% longevity step at 20 year step. $750. Additional holiday designation.

New Prague Police Department:

Term: 2015
Wages: 3%
Economic changes: Added $100 to uniform allowance.

Newport Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016-2017
Wages: 2.5% for 2015, 2.5% for 2016, and 2.25% for 2017
Economic changes: Investigator differential increased to $300 a month. Uniform allowance increased from $810 to $840 per year. Added court cancellation language to the agreement. Language changes: Changed Step 3 of the grievance procedure from full Council to Labor Committee.

Nicollet County Sheriffs Department Non-Licensed:

Term: 2015
Wages: 2% merit increase
Language changes: Some modification to uniform language.

Osakis Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016
Wages: 2.5% for 2015, 2.5% for 2016
Economic changes: New Step 5 (3.242% over Step 4). $1 an hour FTO pay. Employer contribution to health insurance increased to $920 a month for 2015, $950 a month for 2016.
Uniform allowance increased to $875 for 2015, $900 for 2016. unscheduled call back.

Redwood Falls Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016
Wages: 3% for 2015, 3% for 2016
Economic changes: Increase in severance payout.

Robbinsdale Police Department:

Term: 2015-2016
Wages: 2.5% for 2015, 2% for 2016
Economic changes: 50 cent per hour shift differential for 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
contribution to health insurance increased by $60 per month for 2015, re-opener for 2016. Uniform allowance increased by $25 for 2015. MOU for off bid.
