Wages: 2.75% for 2018; 3.00% for 2019.
Economic Changes: Adding double time pay for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas
(already have it for 4th of July). Additional 0.25% increase to wages in 2018 for eye exam.

Anoka Co. Investigators – Local #283:
Term: 2-year CBA covering 2016-2017.
Wages: 2016 = 2.5% market adjustment + up to 2.0% merit pay; 2017 = 2.5% market
adjustment + up to 2.0% merit pay.

Anoka Co. Supervisors – Local #256:
Term: 2-year CBA covering 2016-2017.
Wages: 2016 = 2.5% market adjustment + up to 2.0% merit pay; 2017 = 2.5% market
adjustment + up to 2.0% merit pay.

Anoka PD Sergeants:
Term: 2018-2019
Wages: 2.5% for 2018; 1.5% 1/1/2019, 1.5% 7/1/2019.
Economic Changes: Increase Shift Differential stipend per paycheck by $5 (now $20).

Baxter PD – Local #312:
Term: 2-year CBA covering 2017-2018.
Wages: 2017 = police officers receive 3.0% general increase + .25% market adjustment;
sergeants receive 3.0% general increase +1.0% market adjustment. 2018 = police officers
receive 3.0% general increase + .25% market adjustment; sergeants receive 3.0% general
increase +1.0% market adjustment.
Economic Changes: Shift Diff increased to .75 per hour. Investigators shift differential increased
to .60 per hour.

Brooklyn Center Police Department Supervisors:
Term: 2017-2018
Wages: 2.5% for 2017(plus additional $0.20/per hour for commanders plus additional step of
2.5%); 3% for 2018).

Burnsville Sergeants:
Term: 2018 – 2020
Wages: 4% for 2018; 4% for 2019, 3% for 2020.  Increased investigator pay by $25/month.  
Economic Changes: Increase city insurance contribution by $501 per month.  Clothing allowance increase of $25 to $875.   Increase minimum call back from 2 hours to 2.5 hours.

Carlton County Sheriff’s Office Supervisors:
Term: 2018-2020. Wages: 2018: 3%; 2019: 2%; 2020: 2.25.

Carver County Sheriff’s Office Licensed Sergeants:
Term: 2017-2018
Wages: 2% for 2017; 2% for 2018.
Economic Changes: 2017 – one-time base rate of $0.48/hour for sergeants with 10 years of
classification service, $0.24/hour for sergeants with 5 years of classification service); Pay for
Performance range of 1%-3% (0% if Needs Improvement).

Cass County Sheriff’s Office – Licensed:
Term: 2017-2019: Wages: 2017: 2.5%; 2018: 2.5%; 2019: 2.5%. Plus, each licensed job classification received one job grade increase on county scale (roughly 3%).

Centennial Lakes Sgts – Local #328:
Term: 3-year CBA covering 2017-2019.
Wages: 2017 = 3.0%; 2018 = 2.75%; 2019 = 2.50%.

Chaska Sgts – Local #385:

Economic Changes: Increase Shift Differential to $0.50/hour, change hours from 2300-700 to

Wages: 2017 2.5%; 2018 – 2.5%; Insurance $75 monthly increase each yr; 80hr Comp Max, 60-Hr carryover; 2hr straight time if court cancelled <2hr notice; Sgt pay 10% over top patrol:

Crystal PD Supervisors – Local #56:
Term: 2-year CBA covering 2017-2018.

Wages: 2018 – 2.5%; 2019 – 2.8%; 2020 – 2.8%; New 12-step matrix with 7.5% top increase
before COLA; FTO pay $2.00/hr

Cook County Sheriff’s Office – Licensed and Non-Licensed:
Term: 2018-2020. Wages: 2018: $1.50 per hour increase (to cover increase in health), plus 2.5%; 2019: 2.5%; 2020: 2.5%. Other Economic: Increase FTO to $3.00/hour; increase Shift Diff to $1.50, plus Saturday and Sunday, addition of longevity.

Duluth Police LTs:
Term: 2018-2020: Wages: 2018: 2.5%; 2019: 2.5%, plus 1% adjustment; 2020: 2.5%, plus .5% adjustment.

Eagan Sergeants:
Term: 2018-2019
Wages: 3.0% increase for both 2018 and 2019.  Increase Investigator pay to $200/month for 2018 and $250 per month in 2019.
Economic Changes: Employer pays 80% of family insurance premiums and 100% of single insurance premiums.  Increase in vacation from 160 max to 200 max in 2019.  Uniform allowance increase from $864 to $920.

Ely Police Department:
Term: 2017-2019: Wages patrol: 2017: 2.75%; 2018: $0.35 market adj., plus 2.75%; 2019: 2.5%. Sergeant’s same general wage increases, plus $0.50 market adj in 2017 and $0.50 in 2019.

Forest Lake PD – Local #111:
Term: 3-year CBA covering 2017-2019.
Wages: 2017 = 2.0%; 2018 = 2.0%; 2019 = 3.0

Fridley Sergeants:
Term: 2017-2019
Wages: 2.5% for 2017; 2.75% for 2018; 3% for 2019
Economic Changes: Increase tuition reimbursement to $3.600 per year. 1 additional paid
holiday (from 11 to 12).

Grand Rapids Patrol:
Term: 2018-2019: Wages: 2018: 1%, plus $1,000 lump sum; 2019: 1.5%. Other Economic: Hours of work language to 2184; addition of new FTO language of $ .50.

Hastings PD – Local #249:
Term: 1-year CBA covering 2017.
Wages” 1-1-17 = 1.5%, with additional 1.5% on 8-1-17

Hubbard Co Licensed Deputies:
Term: 2017-2019
Wages: 2% for 2017; 2.25% for 2018; 2.5% for 2019.
Economic Changes: Uniform allowance increase to $700 in 2017, $800 in 2019; Increase FTO
pay to $2.00/hour; Increase shift differential to $1.00/ hour in 2017, $1.25/hour in 2018.

Hubbard County Non-Lic:
Term: 2017-2019: Wages: New County wage scale, increase in job classification for jailers, plus 2.25% in 2018, 2.25% in 2019. Other Economic: Increase Shift differential to $1.25/hour. Team Lead pay of $1.25 and PTO prorated benefits for part-time.

Inver Grove Heights Patrol Officers:
Term: 2017-2018
Wages: 3% for 2017; 3% for 2018
Economic Changes: Additional longevity-one-time lump sum payment of 1% at 20 years, 2%
at 25 years. One-time additional uniform allowance increase of $100 for 2017.

Isanti County Dispatch / Corrections:
Term: 2018 – 2020
Wages: 2% for 2018; 2.25% for 2019; 2.5 for 2020
Economic Changes: Increase Shift Differential to $1.15/hour.  Increase Certified Trainer pay $1.25/hour.  Increase the County’s portion of insurance premiums to $1573.  Clothing allowance increased by $31.60/year.  Changed language for Dispatch overtime distribution.

Kittson Co SO:

Lakeville PD – Local #128:
Term: 2 year CBA covering 2018-2019.
Wages: 2018 = 3.0% on 1-1-18 + .5% in December 2018; 2019 = 3.0% 1-1-2019.
Economic Changes: Additional $50 for uniforms. 1.5 hours pay, or comp earned for each FTO
shift worked.

MAC Emergency Communications
Wages: 2017 – 2.75%; 2018 – 2.75%; 2019 – 3.00%;
Economic Changes: Train Pay increase to $2.50/hr; Com bank increased to 60-hr; 6-mo
restriction removed from Vac and sick use; 240hr paid parenting leave; $50 incr. in HCSP
beginning 2018.

Melrose PD – Local #320:
Term: 3 year CBA covering 2018-2020.
Wages: 2018 = 3.0%; 2019 = 3.0%; 2020 = 3.0%.
Economic Changes: On-Call pay increased to $2.75 per hour in 2018, $3.50 per hour in 2019,
and $4.00 per hour in 2020.

Metropolitan Airport Lieutenants:
Term: 2017-2019: 2017: 2.75%, plus .5% to top; 2018: 2.75%, plus .5% to top; 2019: 3%. Uniform to $1,005 in 2019.

Milaca Police Department:
Term 2018-2020: 2018: 3%; 2019: $0.35/hour market adjustment, plus 3%; 2020: $0.45/hour market adjustment, plus 3%. Longevity added at 12 years, 18 years and 25 years of 2%, 3%, and 4%, respectively.

Minnetonka Sergeants:
Term: 2018-2020: Wages: 2018: 4.79% market adjustment, plus 1.5%. 2019 and 2020 1.5%, plus subject to market increase.

Morrison County non-licensed:

Wages: 3.5% increase for each year of the contract
Economic Changes:  Change to PEIP for health care coverage – increase employer amount for monthly premium; Increase PTO by 24 hours at 20 year; Uniform Allowance increase of $25 for each year of contract; Shift Differential increase from $.75 to $1.00; Compress wage steps from 10 years to 6 years and the elimination of 65 hour work week from contract language.

Oakdale Police Department:

Increase Injury on Duty leave from a max of 84 calendar days to 105 calendar days.

Princeton Police Department:
Term: 2018-2020
Wages: 4.5% for 2018; 4.5% for 2019; 4.5% for 2020
Economic Changes: Increase uniform allowance by $25 each year ; Increase Investigator Pay $.60/hour and FTO and Instructor Pay $.50/hour.

Proctor Police Department:
Term 2017-2019: Wages: 2017: 2%, 2018: 2.5%; 2019: 3%. Reduced time to top pay from 96 months to 60 months.

Ramsey Captains:
Term: 2018” Wages: Market adjustment $4.12/hour.

Economic Changes: Increase Employer Insurance Premium Contribution; Increase Specialty Assignments to $255/month; Increase Uniform Allowance to $865

Spring Lake Park Police Department:
Term: 2018-2018
Wages: 3% for 2018, 3% for 2019.
Economic Changes: Increase uniform allowance by $30 each year of contract. Increase
HSA/HRA contribution 50/50 for any deductible increase in 2019.

Stillwater Police Department:
Term: 2017-2018
Wages: New wage scale (5 to 11 steps) 2.22%-4.50% increase, depending on scale placement in
2017; 2.75% for 2018, plus all employees will have step movement.

Virginia Police Dept:
Term: 2017-2019: Wages: 2017: $1.50 market adjustment, plus 2.5%; 2018: 2.75%; 2019: 3%. Receive defer. comp. match.

Wheaton PD:
